TECHCHERRY INFOSYSTEM does not accept cancellation requests for perishable items like flowers or eatables. Refunds or replacements can only be made if the delivered product quality is proven to be unsatisfactory.

In case of receipt of damaged or defective items, report to our customer service team within 7 days. Requests will be processed after verification by the listed seller or merchant.

To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received. Items bought during sales or discounts may not be eligible for return or exchange.

Orders are shipped via registered domestic courier companies and/or speed post. Shipments are usually dispatched within 7 days from the order date or as agreed at order confirmation, subject to courier norms. TECHCHERRY INFOSYSTEM is not liable for delays caused by the courier service. Delivery will be made to the address provided during purchase, and confirmation will be sent to your registered email. Any applicable shipping costs are non-refundable.
